Experience the beach of Crete by riding ponies at the sand in a safe and friendly environment, exploring the beach of Rethymno in Crete. Riding alongside the sea, this adventure offers spectacular scenery, including views of the beautiful sea. We will pick you up from your hotel in the morning, and drive you to our ranch where you will be offered coffee or juice and delicious homemade Cretan cookies and cake. We will begin our horseback as soon as you get ready, by starting entering a beautiful gorge after 15 min of riding through the fields. We will make a stop for picture taking and some rest, where fruits and water will be given to you, to enjoy the shadow, the air breeze and the breathtaking view, before we start heading back to the ranch where you will combine and get to meet some Cretan pet animals, such as mini goats, rabbits, hens and even a deer, taste the homemade cheese with a full Cretan meze (traditional homemade snacks) with plenty of raki and enjoy the Cretan hospitality. It’s an activity which is perfect for family and groups.
